1. Time flies much too fast. My second summer session of classes start in a week. That's some depressing shiz right there.
2. It's been an...odd past week. Evan's best friend popped up for the week which led to a fun time at the zoo and some Mr. Hero's. A bird shat on Evan's arm...what does he do? Rubs the shit on my shoulder. What an ass. Luckily like a sir he obtained a towel and wiped the shit off my shoulder for me. Yeesh.
3. This past weekend we went on a family vacation to Hocking Hills which turned into a caveman survival overnight stay. We had to leave early because a "land hurricane" swept through leaving the entire area without power. They even ran out of gas at all the gas stations for miles as well as no ice, coffee, or water. Thankfully back home wasn't effected. Though I had to live in the same clothing for 30 hours and was covered in layers of sweat, bug spray, and bonfire since I couldn't shower until we got home. Everyone was miserable but since the storm killed 17 people we felt lucky once we learned how bad it really was.
4. I'm pretty sure if it actually dropped down to like...82 degrees, it would feel like winter. No temp relief for another week.
5. I have the sudden need to go to Downtown Disney. I can't explain it. Why hasn't teleportation been invented yet...seriously people.
6. And why is this blog underlining teleportation like it's spelled incorrectly? Seriously blog site...
7. Srsly.
8. I want steak.
9. I want tacos.
10. I want an alcoholic beverage.
11. Srsly.
12. Anywhoo, it is now July. I will be 22 next month. I'm starting to feel old. Not like I'm gonna miss the toilet or lose my dentures to a light breeze old but more...experienced than others around me, I suppose.
13. Hello blog readers if you exist! I always forget that someone may actually be reading this...are you really that bored? *gasp* Are you Evan??? If so I hope another bird poos on you when I'm not around. I'm giving a flock your coordinates.
14. I also just realized I've had this blog for a very long time. I'm also not sure why I use it. It's just always been there, like my appendix. I don't question it's existence, it just chills there not causing any problems. Yet.

What A Web We Weave
1. Keep calm and pretend your nose isn't sunburned.
2. Summer has hardly begun and this is the best summer ever.
3. Registered for my first 1/2 marathon which will take place in January in Disney World. It's gonna be a struggle but I can do this because I'm wicked. And sexy.
4. Oh life.
5. Went to the Cleveland Pride Parade and Festival today. It was amazing. Love was everywhere. Steph and I wore our "Str8 Against H8" shirts and received so many kind words from people about them. A girl in the parade even ran over to us, said "Thank you so much" and gave us hugs. I seriously almost started tearing up.
6. I HAVE STICKERS!!
7. And took a picture with penis man.
8. And saw fabulous looking men wearing hardly anything. I don't care if they're not into what I'm packing, I can look.
9. Went on a spontaneous dinner to the Cheesecake Factory with the girls this evening. It was awesome. :)
10. UGH. I just realized how much packing and unpacking I have ahead of me this summer. And the second summer session will be starting too soon.
11. Dude, why the fuck are you setting off fireworks? It's June 23rd...

Not Seedless
1. I've come to realize that I find men with brown hair most attractive thanks to the images of men I pin on Pinterest. Evan, however, is a redhead. He's pretty damn special. < 3
2. Getting back on my bike has made my thighs less jiggly! Even though they haven't changed much in size yet, the muscle building is churning. I can feel it, it's painfully euphoric.
3. Less than 2 weeks till the family vacation to Hocking Hills! The first of 4 trips planned for this summer. My bank account is crying.
4. Headed back to Disney World in January! Even though I'll pretty much be right down the road from it next month. The July/August Florida roadtrip will be Disney free. For I must experience Florida without the corporate mouse. And without the bitter cold. And with alligators not on a safari ride or body-less in tacky/sketchy gift shops. And climbing palm trees, if that isn't illegal. And drinking some fucking orange juice that was squeezed less than 50 miles away. Fuck yeah.
5. Hannah, Stephanie, and I did the Color Run 5K yesterday morning. It was flipping amazing. Sorry Disney, but they have you beat in 5K's.

Cleaning Diaries - The Dresser on Top
Has it really been 6 days since I significantly cleaned a section of my room? Well, this week has been very busy so I'll just used that excuse.
Today I cleaned the top of my desk and I'm hoping to get some more of the floor finished today as well.
Before:
This probably looks strange on the bottom of the picture, and that is because blogger really sucks and doesn't like my camera pictures. Douche.
For some reason I didn't take a picture of just my messy dresser. So you get to see all of the other embarrassing shit too. Yay!
After:
Took about 45 minutes.

Cleaning Diaries - The Desk of Doom
I've decided I need to create before and after blog entries of the task of cleaning my room. This is so I can look back on it when my room gets messy again, go "ooh, it has looked so nice before...", and hopefully feel motivated to clean it again.
So far I have tackled the top and insides of my desk as well as changing the display on my corkboard because it was kind of frozen in time from a few years ago. Most of the stuff I kept on it but rearranged it so it looked different and actually gave me more room for more randomness.
Before:
After:
Luckily my desk and dresser will probably be the easiest out of my room because I cleaned them through just a few months ago. All my desk really needed is some dusting and getting rid of a little bit of trash. Overall, took about 2 hours.

I Wanna Hold Your Raft
1. I love that combination "Oh shit!" and "Fuck yeah!" feeling you get when flying down a hill on your bike. I'm sure it's a similar feeling for those who ride rollercoasters. 2. My legs are actually getting color, even if it is by miracles and partially (or mostly) Dove Energizing Glow lotion. Still so much of summer to go. 3. I have the feeling this is going to be the most epic summer. Which is great since it's the last summer I have before I hit the real world. Might as well do it right. 4. Cleaning starts today. It should have started on Saturday but I was distracted by sleep and books. Though I did clean up some of the living room which must count for something. 5. I really need to get back on scrapbooking. This time two years ago I was pretty much finished with the Disney scrapbook from the first trip. Now it's been 6 months and I haven't even started the 2nd trip, or even printed the pictures. Speaking of, Walgreens, you know you want to print a wonderful digital print coupon in your ads this coming Sunday. 6. Finished the first half of summer semester with A's. I'm getting to the point where I flip out if I have anything less, especially since I made it this far carrying a 4.0. It better not get thrown off during this upcoming 18 credit hour semester. 7. Family vacation in a little over 3 weeks to Hocking Hills! 8. Florida roadtrip in less than 2 months! Time to get on getting my temps. 9. Chicago in just a few days after getting back from Florida! Damn I love summer.

Life in Facebook Pictures
When you randomly browse through the pictures you're tagged in on Facebook and think "Man, I'm fuckin' weird and my friends are fuckin' weird too. Damn I love them." We all need something to get us through, why not let it be crazy ass pictures of yourself and your crazy ass friends? <----insert heart of sentimental value here because blogger is fucktard.

Discoveries
I just realized that I dislike days that require expectations, which include most holidays. I hate Christmas because people expect gifts. I hate Mothers' and Fathers' day because people expect you to do something special for your parents. I do special things all of the time, I don't need a day that threatens good things or else. I don't say "Happy Mother's Day" or "Happy Father's Day" to my parents because it's embarrassing to say this for one day. I think an "I love you" everyday is a lot more important. I hate Valentine's day because it makes me think Evan should give me something when he doesn't have to. Thanks for the pressure, society. I hate Thanksgiving just because the food sucks.

Save the Drama for Your Llama
Damn it's been awhile. Sorry 'bout that ol' chap. 1. Spring semester is finished, a 4.0 still holds as my gpa. Though it will be a miracle if I can hold on to it through fall semester. Challenge accepted. 2. The first summer session has started. One week done, one of the longest weeks of my life, and three more to go. I keep telling myself I can do this. And I can, because I have to. I will also make the best of the situation. And I can, because I'm a positive person. I will also not kill anything. And I won't, because I'm not one to inflict harm on others. 3. My mom and I went down to Columbus last weekend for random shopping and Columbus Zoo-ing. Why is it always almost 90 degrees with high humidity when I go to that zoo? And why do they always have a baby penguin when I'm there but I never get to see it? I also had Graeter's Ice Cream everyday we were there. Sonic was also involved. So was huge storms, hotel power outages, kissy face shower caps, and Quaker Steak & Lube bike night. 4. Some people just like to show you their bruises. 5. Strawberry Crush and Jack. I'm determined to somehow slip some in butterbeer. The smell of Jack Daniels will always make me think of Brenda's apartment. 6. I'm making my way through reading a lot of Newbery winners. So far, Bridge to Terabithia has been my favorite except I hate the ending. I really like Maniac Magee so far so that may be bumped to the top. Megan and I have made a pact to read 'Atlas Shrugged' this summer. I keep hearing it's just one of those you have to read before you die. No time like reading this summer.
