Step to the Beat in My Heart

Surprise! It hasn't been a month. In fact, I'm updating again in the same week. Can you believe it? I know I sure as hell can't.

1) You can see the floor of my room now. Impressed? No? Well fuck you then.

2) Work today was in itself a workout. I decided to straighten the entire non-fiction section perfectly which involves a lot of squats and bicep action.

3) Currently reading the new Nicholas Sparks book which I'm not impressed with. It's actually a struggle to get through. Maybe I'm just not in the "star crossed lovers mood," if there is a such thing.

4) Yesterday at work involved: nomming delicious pumpkin roll (I don't even like pumpkin but the cream cheese in this was orgasmic), playing with a light saber (not a cheapy plastic one either), and having an ambulance come almost put a guy on a stretcher until he decided he really had to use the restroom. Just another normal day at work.

5) FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK I'm missing Big Bang Theory. Dammit.

No....Well...Yeah...

Once again, I fail at updating this. This semester has just been crazy. Both luckily and unfortunately there's only 2 more weeks of regular class followed by finals week. Yay because I'll have survived another semester of college (my first at Ashland) & because that means it's winter break and Disney will be very close (48 days...) but nay because that means I won't see my middle childhood people anymore and one of my Praxis tests will be looming over my head. I'm so, so, so, soooooooo glad I tested out of Praxis I. Thank you ACT, you were good for something.
Anyways, I'm only on here because I'm procrastinating coming up with a final lesson plan to teach on Wednesday. It would be easier if my MT told me exactly what indicator to do but she gave me options and that doesn't work sometimes.

Thoughts:

1) I really need to clean my room. I think I say that all the time on here. I also need to do laundry, which I probably also say a lot on here.

2) I need to do my lesson plan. I know I'll feel better once it's done. I have an idea of what I'm doing for it but not exactly sure how I want to carry it out yet.

3) We're under a Tornado Watch...in the middle of November...in Northeast Ohio...

4) I has cheesy potatoes!!! Fuck yeah.

5) Went to Louisville for the NMSA conference this past weekend. It was AMAZING. Teachers are hilarious when their students aren't around. In fact most of them probably act like their students. Had some great food & made great memories. What happened in Louisville, stays in Louisville.

6) I learned a woman is her smartest when she is at the peak of her menstrual cycle. Hopefully my peak aligns with all of my Praxis II tests.

7) Om nom nom, cheesy potatoes are so cheesy!!!

8) Okay, must go do something productive that hopefully involves a lesson plan cause this beeyotch needs to be done tonight.
