If life could be perfectly amazing this is how it would work out. Evan and I get our degrees at the same time (I'm hoping for Spring 2013), I get accepted to do the internship at Disney World, Evan and I book it to Florida. Him and his friend Matt get an apartment together, Evan finds a job. I work at Disney for a year then look for a job in Florida. Yeah, this probably won't happen but it would be amazing if it did. Yay for dreaming!!

Not in a good mood. I don't like bad moods. But they happen. Especially the ones that make you feel stupid and worthless.

Newer Than Chocolate Cheerios
It's gotten cold again. I really enjoyed the warm and wished it would have lasted longer, but it's January, what do you expect?
This past week has been crazy busy, the rest of the semester will be too. I won't have a break until about April when I at least have one class overwith. I have to do 5 observations and 1 clincial within the next month. I do not have any time at all to do 5 two and a half hour observations so I'm freaking. How the hell do they expect everyone to have all the time in the world to do this? Ugh.
So I really like my Zumba class, even though it is extremely exhausting you feel great after you cool down and all the sweat goes away. We pretty much do all of these dance moves to hip/hop and spanish music. This class makes me feel ganster. XD Although it's not my style it's still a pretty awesome experience.
Anywhoo, I'm just trying to get by. It feels like I never sleep or do much of anything except school and work. Bleh. At least I had today off and didn't have to rush to the library right after class. I have class tomorrow at 8:30 to 11 then go to work from 12:30 to 7. Tomorrow will be a long day. I can't wait to get Friday out of the way, work 9:00-4 then I'm off Saturday and Sunday. YAY a break. Only to be followed by working next Saturday and Sunday. Not yay. Next week will be nasty. I'm hoping to get 2 clinicals out of the way since I was able to find a few time slots I can open up.

Spring Semester
This week has been crazy! Alright so anyways the new semester started on Tuesday and I've had to work everyday this week, except Friday. Going from 6:30am to 7pm non-stop doing something and having to haul food around and a change of clothes for Zumba is the biggest pain in the ass. I hate Wednesdays when I have to work afterward. So these are my classes this semester:
-Basic Algebra: I'm the biggest dumbass for waiting 2 years to take another math class. DUMBASS. Especially when the professors don't even teach it to you, they don't even review it with you, you're given problems and are expected to know them. After 2 years of no math, you forget a whole hell of a lot and need to be shown something before you can understand it again. This class will be the death of me because even the book doesn't help. Luckily everything is open note and not timed except for tests, which I'm extremely worried about.
-Zumba: We didn't start doing it in class yet, we just kind of talked about it on Wednesday. We're starting on Monday though. I think it will be a nice activity after being stuck in math for 2 hours.
-Health, Safety and Nutrition: One of my education classes so I'll probably love it because I love all of my ed classes. They're my favorite. My professor is awesome, her quote for everything is "it's not rocket science people." I think I'll really like this class.
-Child Guidance and Classroom Management: Another education class so it will probably be awesome as well. We did some interesting exercises today while talking about observing in the classroom, very interesting stuff.
-Health Wellness: doesn't start until the end of February. Hopefully this one will be paper free so I won't have to do any papers this semester :)
So with my complicated work schedule and school schedule, things will be crazy. And I have 5 2 1/2 hour observations to do at preschools. I have no idea when I'm going to be able to fit these in. Gahh. I want summer!!!

We Can Plant The Bomb Today
Today was my first day back in the employment world. I moved from the Central library to West River which is so much different. I wasn't expecting it to be as different as it is. To start off with its a lot more laid back. Like nobody really cares what you're doing which I'm totally not used to. I would always expect to go into work knowing what cart to sort and put away and then shelf read and straighten afterward. Now it's all kind of free game, just grab whatever whenever. That will take some getting used to. I also have to get used to where everything is positioned. I'm used to certain things being separate that are now together, I'm learned AV stuff which is what they added after I got laid off. I actually was able to keep the seniority that I had and don't have to start over as much as I thought. I still have my sick time, the personal days I'm not sure about and they're checking to see how my vacation thing is going to work out. It's definitely going to take some getting used to again. I work almost everyday this week, I only have Friday off. Who knows when I'll know my schedule for next week.
Ahh so tired right now. And crampy. Something came about 4 days early that pissed me off. Right in time for work and school! Ugh. Can't believe the new semester starts tomorrow. It will be one hectic semester, I can already tell. But, it should be interesting.

But Not a Real Green Dress That's Cruel
I am just freaking loving 2010. 2010 may end up beating 2009 for the best year competition because even 2009 didn't start off this awesome. :P
Anywhoo, ummm I don't remember where I left off last. Uhhh oh yeahh. Thursday Steph and I went to the mall to return Chris' books, meaning we snuck into where he worked and left them on the desk with a woman. I was proud of Steph for being so strong about the whole thing. We went to Borders for last minute cheap book checking. We found a few things including an emergency chocolate kit. Amusing that that just happened to come up and have perfect timing. Needless to say it was purchased and the little bag even matches her purse! It was a match made in chocolately goodness. Friday I got together with Steph, Kelsey, Mers and Brenda to go to Salvation Army. I found a couple of shirts, one from Hollister for only 99 cents. I was proud of myself. I've recently become addicted to thrift/second hand stores. They rock. After that Brenda left so she could do some errands and we went out to Half Price books, Platos Closet and Great Northern for lunch. Followed by another Salvation Army and thrift store in some city I don't remember. All together we went shopping for about 6-7 hours. By the time we got to Stephs we were exhausted but talked and watched "He's Just Not That Into You." The movie wasn't that bad, the proposal scene made me all teary and girly.
I got a call from my new manager today. I go in for my first day on Monday from noon-4. There we'll sort out my schedule to work around my classes, I'll tell them about the Virginia trip so hopefully I can get it off (big hopefully) and they'll start showing me how things operate there. It's going to be so different but I'm really excited to be at a different branch, especially one that doesn't have a creepy basement to close up. *shivers*
Tomorrow Evan and I are hanging out. We're making E&K spathettin with his grandmas homemade sauce recipe. Amazing stuff!! Who knows what else we'll do tomorrow. I challenged him to a game of Trouble. Muahaha

That's Money Honey
Today Stephanie, Kelsey, Meranda and I randomly got together to bake a cake. But not just any cake...a funfetti cake :) Which was kind of funny because the one time we made cupcakes it was funfetti. We also went to the lake/pier/beach. That was interesting. It was during sunset so it was gorgeous minus the fact that it was absolutely freezing. But it was really cool seeing the half frozen/snow covered lake with all the duckies and the ice completely covering the end railing of the pier. But it was pure awesome, even if we froze vital body parts off.
I got some amazing news when I came home. Sue from the library had called to tell me I was getting something coming in the mail. I figured it would be my little square form thingies with info on it for taxes or my check from earned vacation time, but it was neither of those. Then she asked me if I had a job yet. Ooh! I knew where it was going then. So I'm more than likely going to be called back to work but instead I'll be at the West River branch instead of the main that I was at before. I am more than happy to work at West River. So I get to wait for my mail to come that I'll have to sign for so I can know all the details. Gahh I'm so happy!! :D

Bahh
I woke up this morning with a rash all over my face. It's blotchy and itchy and I hate it. I already have acne why the hell do I need a rash?? Luckily I already know what it is. See I always use the Clinique Gel Moisturizer on my face every night but the past 3 days I've switched to the lotion because of the dry winter. Well, my skin doesn't like the lotion apparently and is basically burning my skin off. So now it feels like the texture of some fallen rocks and itches like crazy. This better go away soon.

Neytiri calls me skxawng. It means "moron."
So this weekend was pretty awesome.
Friday Kelsey and I went to Arabica to listen to a band from LCCC, it was pretty amusing. They weren't rehearsed well at all and ended up BS-ing most of the time while annoying blondes screamed things like "you're so sexy" only because they play an instrument. Freaks. At least we had some yummy hot chocolate and some great conversations :)
Saturday morning I aided Stephanie on her errands quest. We went to the airport to pick up her left behind bag, went to Walmart to return a book she bought in Florida and read and then went to the mall to look in Borders for the same book but cheaper and then had some chicken teriyaki. Amazing time with some delicious food <3
Saturday evening the crew came together and went sledding at Cascade. Not the main hill because it was swamped but a little one off to the side so we could be crazy and junk all on our own. Playing on a playground in the winter is amazing. Sliding down slides that are ice covered with give you bruises but it's so worth it. So is getting dizzy on a tire swing. After escapades at Cascade we went to McDonalds and got nommage. We then went to Steph's for some Apples to Apples action and recording a live version of Potter Puppet Pals the Mysterious Ticking Noise. Best version ever. Srsly.
Conclusions of that night:
-M.E. had sex with a snail.
-Trombones fall.
-We lay eggs.
-We're in a big vagina of love.
Sunday Sara and I went on a shopping spree-ah. We went out to Southpark where we stocked up on those lotions we liked and found out that they aren't getting rid of the line, luckily they will be bringing them out in Spring/Summer so we can get the sprays and shower gels then. Woot! We looked around the mall, went to Borders, Target and Old Navy and ate at TGIFridays which was super exciting because I love them and never get to have them anymore since they closed in Elyria. I had the Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger which is the same burger that Evan always gets from there (he was jealous :P)
Today Evan and I went to see the movie Avatar which was epically amazing. I was actually surprised that I liked it as much as I do seeing as I'm not exactly into the whole Fantasy/SciFi thing but it was damn good. Damn long, but damn good. We then walked over to the mall and grabbed some food to take back to his house where we hung out and played Trouble. I haven't played that game in forever!!
Great weekend :)

Do The Moo-Shoo
Relaxing at home this week has been....well, relaxing. It's nice to get this lounge time in before classes start then I'm swamped with busy-ness.
Sara and I went to the Great Northern and Crocker Park Victoria's Secret to see if they had those sprays and they had no idea what we were talking about. That just means we're going back to Southpark this weekend to see if maybe they restocked or something.
Went sledding for the first time in my life on Tuesday. Yeah, and I say I'm from northern Ohio and I've never been on a fucking sled on a fucking hill. Needless to say I liked it.
I've been working on my Disney scrapbook. Unfortunately the book is now filled and I'm only halfway finished, if even halfway, actually yeah not halfway yet. So I need to buy some of those page protector thingy-doos.
I've finally gotten some reading in. I finished "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister," wasn't that great. Now I'm re-reading "The Queen Geek Social Club" because I don't remember it and I have the second one I haven't read yet.
That's about it for now :)

Disney Day 5 - Last Day
Sunday December 13, 2009
Evan's friend Matt stayed in our room that night so we could head out to Sea World in the morning. Instead of eating breakfast at our resort, for once, we went right toward Sea World and ate a Denny's nearby that was somehow harder than hell to find. I had a delicious pulled chicken sandwich that ever since I had have been dying to get to Denny's to have again and a special pop fizz stuff that was also amazingly yummy. I love Denny's. So after we ate we went to Sea World and saw the Shamu show, Believe. We also saw the Clyde and Seamore Take Pirate Island show, sharks, manatees and my favorite, penguins!!! Like the freezing Artic penguins, not the warm water ones that are up here. They're so cute!!! Anyways we partied at Sea World then went to Festival Bay mall which was an interesting but crappy mall. We ate at Fudruckers there which is a burger place. The burgers were pretty good and the fries were awesome too. After eating we looked around the mall which has a huge fountain/lake/swimming poolish thing. The Vans skatepark was pretty cool, I wish I would have bought a t-shirt from there. It was fun watching little kids make fools of themselves. After the mall we drove through a big touristy part of Orlando which had a ton of shopping and a indoor skydiving thing, the Titanic experience, Universal Studios and then we went to Epcot and spent a ton of time in the Japan gift shop, because it is so huge and awesome. Evan bought some Japanese soda which was yummy. We then walked around the world showcase and explored some. We went back to the hotel afterward and hung out some until Matt left.
Monday December 14, 2009
Evan and I started off the day in Hollywood Studios. We saw the Beauty and the Beast show first and then went to the Animation Courtyard to meet the UP characters. After that we grabbed food at Rosie's All American Cafe and then went to see the Voyage of the Little Mermaid. After this we went into a few of the gift shops where I found Missy representing LCCC. After we left we went to the hotel for a little bit and then went to Epcot for our dinner reservation at Le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada. We had some time before our reservation so we looked in Morocco and the United Kingdom where we watched a tribute to the Beatles band. We ate some delicious Canadian cheddar cheese soup with pretzel breadsticks, the best steak in the world and my chocolate mousse looked like a moose. It was amazing. Best restaurant ever.
Tuesday December 15, 2009
We spent our entire last day in the parks at Magic Kingdom. We re-rode some things and rode some new things, I met most of the characters that day including Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen from the Princess and the Frog movie, Woody and Jessie, some of the Disney princesses, the characters from Winnie the Pooh and a few of the fairies including Tinkerbell. This day was probably one of my favorites, it was nice just to be in one park for the day instead of bus hopping to a different one and going through bag check and entry processes all over again. It was a very relaxing day and I was very sad to leave the castle that night.
Wednesday December 16, 2009
Our very last day and leaving day. We went to Downtown Disney in the morning and stayed there until close to noon. We ate at Wolfgang Puck express for their delicious breakfast pizzas. It was very yummy. We also finished the rest of our shopping and just hung out a little bit. After Downtown Disney we went back to the hotel and relaxed by the 60's section pool. They had a few ping pong tables outside and Evan and I played for a little bit. Then I took a nap by the pool on a lounge chair, very relaxing. When I woke up we sat under an umbrella table and snacked on some chips before going up to the bus area to get on the magical express to the airport. We got on the bus, said bye to Disney. On the bus they showed a video that made me tear up and then we were at the airport and went through security, took the monorail to our concourse and waited to board. This plane ride was a ton better than coming down. The take off didn't make me lose sight or feel dizzy or sick so that was good. We saw a beautiful sunset above the clouds and as night came we could see city lights below that was just amazing. We actually were given a small meal. We had little turkey sandwiches, a bag of chips and a little twix bar. It was so cute. As soon as we stepped off the plane we could see our breath, it was quite sad.
I miss the sunshine and I really miss Florida. I absolutely loved it down there. <3

Some Things Are Meant To Be
This year is going pretty good so far...even though I'm only three days in.
On the 1st Sara and I watched "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" which I was sad didn't have many of my favorite quotes from the book but it was still cute...even though I hardly remember anything from the book since I haven't read it in forever. Guess what I should be re-reading it sometime soon?
2nd I took it easy. Did some scrapbooking for my Disney book and chilled trying to calm my cold down. It's pretty calm now, albeit the stuffy annoying nose.
Today Sara and I went shopping at Southpark and Midway. I found some amazing body sprays at Victoria Secrets but they only had the tester so we're going out to Great Northern tomorrow to see if I can find them. I'm starting to love the Great Northern area a lot better than Southpark. Southpark gets too swamped and Great Northern offers the second hand stores like Half Price books and Platos Closet that make it nice when you don't feel like breaking the bank.
Anywhoo, I'm ready for a vacation again! I'm fine being home like 3 weeks after I leave but then I rebound back to vacation mode and want to go somewhere new, especially with Ohio weather.
I need to straighten up my room. Evan said our new years resolutions was to take better care of our living quarters. He's doing a lot better than I am, at least of what I saw on new years eve. My family actually wants to see him more which I'm surprised about. I guess they're noticing that we've been together for awhile and they hardly know him that they should start. I think that makes him happy. He's lightened up so much since we've been together. He wears outfits other than a plain black tshirt, green cargo pants and black converse now. In fact he doesn't wear converse anymore. He wears different color polo shirts and *gasp* actually started to wear jeans. He said he would even wear the cologne I wanted to buy for him. I'm pretty impressed. Gah I love him <3

Celebrate Good Times
Cheers to 2010! I'm pretty excited to see what this year has in store. Hopefully it will work out with a crew visit to Virginia to see our missed crew member Jessica. More random trips to the beach and a ton of other things that I can't predict at this time. I'm pretty pumped about this year. Last year was just amazing and I think this year will bring even more times of enjoyment.
Yesterday I rang in the new year at Evan's as I did last year. This year we did it a lot differently. Instead of sitting in Evan's room for the last half hour of the countdown we sat in the living room with Michelle and Ebert and we all partied together basically all day. My dad dropped me off at Evan's about 3. Evan and I went to dinner at Applebee's. We did the 2 for $20 special. I had an awesome steak, mashed potatoes and french onion soup along with our mozzarella stick appetizer. I didn't have to eat the rest of the day, with the exception of some cookies. When we got back from dinner is when the next 6 1/2 hours of game play came in. Evan and I played against Michelle and Ebert in Cranium WOW. Surprisingly Evan and I won. It was a really fun and interesting game. Then we played Apples to Apples the normal way and then did it backward. I was "Attack on Pearl Harbor" and "Toasters" in bed XD We then played 3 hours of charades. We had some pretty interestingly perverted things like "getting raped in the ass" and "Viagra" with odd ones like "Make Michelle do the Hokey Pokey" or "bake a raccoon." It was hilarious. Rang in the New Year's with a kiss and then went home to not be able to sleep because somehow I became sick when I was there. Either that or it's allergies again.
Today Sara's picking me up when she gets off work and we're going to her house to probably play some wii and watch "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" which is the movie based off the book "Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging." I swear fabbity-fab-fab with knobs better be in there!!! And let's go down the disco. I will be keeping a close watch for them.
