Spearmint Vs. Peppermint

I realized I hit my hire in date at the library last week. I starting working there on September 9th, 2008. It's so hard to believe it's been over two years already. I was also happy to see that on my pay stub this week I have another 12.25 hours of vacation time added. So now I have 31.75 hours of vacation since I didn't use any from last year. I'm supposed to get 20 hours a year but seeing as I haven't had a full straight year, I'm stuck with these piddly little no 20 hours things. But whatever, hopefully I'll earn all 20 next year as long as I don't get laid off again.

Evan and I went to the Apple Festival last night. It was the 30th one which was pretty exciting. Surprisingly it seemed like they had a lot more to offer this year than they have in the past. Evan and I both bought stromboli's and apple cider. I also bought ribbon fries (omg!!!), lemonade, a Chinese fan (only 2 bucks for a cloth fan!), a picture of Evan and I in front of the painted apple thing that's always there, and an apple fest button that flashes. We had a ton of fun :) I want some lemonade again...grr
