For Fucks Sake STOP RAINING

1. I've learned one of the most annoying sounds to me is a basketball hitting the concrete.  28 and I'm still learning things about myself.

2. It currently smells like bonfire outside which really makes me want s'mores.  I haven't had one in FOR-freaking-EVER.  At some point this summer it needs to get gooey up in here.

3. A list of ambitious things I currently want to do:

• Thru-hike the AT
• Hike the Grand Canyon Rim2Rim
• Kayak Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore (I hiked here a bit last year but didn't do any kayaking.  It's a good thing I didn't plan to because they were constantly post-poning trips due to the waves.)
• Bike the CVNP towpath.  This would be most doable this year as I just need to get a bike rack for my car.  Though I did discover I can fit my bike in my car, it's a pain in the ass to get it in there.

I really just think I want to go outside and escape from city life.  Or at least get away from all this damn rain we've been getting.  Everything is waterlogged.  Which is SO DaMN ANnOYINg.

4. Things I'm currently looking forward to:

• Getting my damn hair cut.  This is in the longest it's been in years and I'm just shedding like a husky in the spring everywhere.
• Day trip to Pittsburgh next month.
• Going back up to Mackinaw for a weekend in a few months.
• North Carolina in a few more months.
• Eating some cake that's in the fridge waiting for me.
• Finding my motivation again.  It's slipped away recently and I would really like for it to come back.

5. Just ridin' the waves for now.  Evan and I want to get a place of our own this year which means I really need something full time but nothing looks exciting and what does look exciting is only part time or crap pay.  Adulting sucks.

6.  Actually for the most part, adulting doesn't suck.  My favorite thing about it is not having to do dumb social shit I don't wanna do.  If I wanna sit in bed on my day off and watch 30 videos taste testing instant Ramen noodles then dammit that's what I'm gonna do.
