And an Onion Log...To Split

1. Hallelujah it's March! January and February are always the worst months of my year for some reason. I think it's because of the weather. Sure, winter is okay and all but never underestimate how nice not having to lug around a coat is. Especially when you're wearing it inside everywhere and you go to use a public bathroom. It is the biggest pain in the ass to wash your hands with a coat on.

2. I've been having the strangest craving for sugary things the past couple days.

3. Student teaching is still going extremely well. The kids are amazing. I know I definitely picked the right field. Half of my lesson plans are typed and I've taught 2 out of the 8. I've done 3 out of 5 circle times. I'm on a roll!

4. My uncles mother (not my grandma) passed away a few days ago. I've known her since my aunt and uncle got married in 1997. She lived in Niles with the rest of my uncles family which is pretty much like an Elyria on the far east of Ohio. I had been over her house once which from what I remember was very cluttered. I liked to play with her piano. I'm pretty bummed she's gone even though I only saw her a couple of times a year. RIP Sort-of-Grandma Smith<3

5. As of 3:30pm today, I'm on spring break time. Although I have big projects to think about and start working on.

6. I started reading the first Harry Potter today. Not only do I have to read it for Children's Literature but I had planned on reading all of the books before the 2nd part of the last movie came out. I had originally planned that Evan and I were going to see the midnight showing of HP7pt.2 but I will be in New York for that release now :/ Luckily he's willing to wait a few weeks so he can see it with me.

7. My dad just knocked on my door to tell me that EMH is on facebook...he's amazed.

8. Out shopping with my mom tomorrow. I love having mother-daughter bonding time.

9. The politicians of the American government sadden me.

10. I've heard "Born this Way" twice and it's been stuck in my head the last four days.

11. We've been doing geometry in math. Life is good again.
