Keep Your Head Up Gorgeous - People Would Kill to See You Fall

Currently Reading: Same as previous
Currently Listen to: "Her Eyes" Pat Monahan

School was surprisingly fun today. Music was, well, music. It's not that bad of a class. I would much rather be in there than stuck in English or something. My music teacher is funny, which is good. I'm learning a lot and hopefully will be catching up quickly to the many in my class that already play instruments anyways. I don't know why half of them are in there. It's for the musically retarded, idiots. Intro to Early Childhood Education was a blast. We went into the Teacher Education Learning Center (TERC). OMG. That place has everything. Laminators, Ellision machines, book bindings, a button maker. You can even make your own notepads!! It's like a teachers paradise. They have tons of lesson plan books and they carry supplies that you can use for your classes like tri-fold boards and all that good stuff. They even have millions of different papers that I could use for scrapbooking! :D I probably sounds like a HUGE nerd. But its ok. I accept that.

Random thought: I don't get paid this week...damn...

I don't have to work tonight. Yay! Which means I should be doing school work and not leaving myself behind. Boo. I'll get around to it. I promise...

So how about this snow storm thats supposed to be arriving in about the next half an hour. It makes me really want some pizza.

Anywhoo, my idea on a major has been flunctuating lately. Which is depressing. I would love to be a teacher and work my way up to something higher in the education field, but I'm not sure if it's really what I want to do. So far I have three possible majors:
1. Early Childhood Education
2. Psychology
3. Library Science
Right now it's early childhood education because I think it would be so much fun. On the other hand, you don't make that much when you first start out. Not everything will end up being perfect like I have in my mind. It's a classroom, problems will definitley arise. I'm not sure if I'm ready to have that huge responsibility rested on my shoulders. I think I have this problem because I'm short. I'll just look like one of the kids so then I'll feel like one. GAH! I don't know!!
Psychology I find facinating. I think it would be fun to be one of those practicing psychologists who do these field studies and find random things that totally are right in front of you but was never brought up for proof.
Library science is on the list because one of the librarians I know who has a bachelors or masters (don't remember which one) makes over $20 an hour. I mean holy crap!!!!!! Thats good money for just working at a library. Seeing as I'm already employed at the library this could be put to very good use. I would almost be guaranteed a job as soon as someone else moved on.

But thats my ranting for today. I need a nap...and some pizza.
