By January

Starting today: *Drink more water. *Jogging will commence for 5 minutes per day until my lungs are good enough to do 10 and then will continue to up time in 5 minute intervals. This is quite sad. *Eat less sugar and less snacking. I've been doing way too much the past 10 months. Goal: 13.1 by January. And maybe fitting my ass in a size 7 again, but more focus on the miles! Let's do it, baby.
