But Not a Real Green Dress That's Cruel

I am just freaking loving 2010. 2010 may end up beating 2009 for the best year competition because even 2009 didn't start off this awesome. :P

Anywhoo, ummm I don't remember where I left off last. Uhhh oh yeahh. Thursday Steph and I went to the mall to return Chris' books, meaning we snuck into where he worked and left them on the desk with a woman. I was proud of Steph for being so strong about the whole thing. We went to Borders for last minute cheap book checking. We found a few things including an emergency chocolate kit. Amusing that that just happened to come up and have perfect timing. Needless to say it was purchased and the little bag even matches her purse! It was a match made in chocolately goodness. Friday I got together with Steph, Kelsey, Mers and Brenda to go to Salvation Army. I found a couple of shirts, one from Hollister for only 99 cents. I was proud of myself. I've recently become addicted to thrift/second hand stores. They rock. After that Brenda left so she could do some errands and we went out to Half Price books, Platos Closet and Great Northern for lunch. Followed by another Salvation Army and thrift store in some city I don't remember. All together we went shopping for about 6-7 hours. By the time we got to Stephs we were exhausted but talked and watched "He's Just Not That Into You." The movie wasn't that bad, the proposal scene made me all teary and girly.

I got a call from my new manager today. I go in for my first day on Monday from noon-4. There we'll sort out my schedule to work around my classes, I'll tell them about the Virginia trip so hopefully I can get it off (big hopefully) and they'll start showing me how things operate there. It's going to be so different but I'm really excited to be at a different branch, especially one that doesn't have a creepy basement to close up. *shivers*

Tomorrow Evan and I are hanging out. We're making E&K spathettin with his grandmas homemade sauce recipe. Amazing stuff!! Who knows what else we'll do tomorrow. I challenged him to a game of Trouble. Muahaha
