Christmas Tree Is On Fire

It's Christmas. I've never been big on holidays, especially this one but it turned out alright. Christmas Eve sucked as usual. My family hardly notices my existence. Not to be ungrateful but is it bad when the dog receives more than you do? And my cousins get everything they've ever asked for and more. Once again, not trying to sound ungrateful but damn, does that mean everyone else gets spoiled? Especially when we aren't buying for everyone in the family anymore. So now all of the crap that doesn't go for anyone else goes to my cousins. Makes me hope they don't grow up to become brats. I never received as much stuff as they did, yet alone everything I ever asked for. But meh, whatever. Like I said, Christmas isn't my thing anyway.

Today I went over Evan's as usual. His family does spoil me and I feel bad about it because I have no idea what to get them in return. I feel bad just giving them a game (I bought them Apples to Apples, we played it a couple of times today. They seem to really enjoy it) and a gift card for the Macaroni Grill. When they bought me two disney world t-shirts, a crystal glass slipper, two disney picture frames, a $50 gift card for olive garden (it's mine and Evan's favorite), a disney world photo album, candy, a pin and lottery tickets. Evan bought me a little crystal penguin and a pin set of all the countries in the world showcase at epcot. I paid for half the cost of his new DSi and I made him a small scrapbook that has pictures of stuff we did through this year. We had filet mignon for dinner that was delish. Tomorrow we're gonna go out to the mall for a bit so Evan can put some games on reserve.

I'm very bummed I won't be able to spend New Years Eve with him. His parents are going down to Columbus and my parents wouldn't let me stay at his house after midnight knowing his parents aren't home. Hopefully we'll be able to work something out.

Meh anyways, I don't even know what my parents bought me. My mom always buys me gift cards but I never know for where or how much.
